About Randee

With over 30 years in the property and casualty insurance industry, I’ve built my career on the carrier side in roles spanning sales, leadership, business development, distribution management, strategic planning, multi-state expansion, and data & analytics. I’m a proud graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.

Originally from Grand Rapids, MI, my wife and I have called the greater Madison, WI area home since 2010. We live there with our two children, Aiden and Ainsley, and our dog, Olive.

What are your favorite hobbies?

Outside of work, I enjoy everything outdoors. Cycling is one of my favorite interests (road, mountain, and fat tire biking).  Other hobbies include golf, upland hunting, hiking, camping, skiing, and grilling on my smoker.

What is your favorite animal?

We’re a dog-loving family. Our first dog was a golden retriever named Bailey, and she was with us for nearly 15 wonderful years. Today, we have Olive, a mixed breed we adopted as a puppy and has been part of our family for 7 years.   

What would be your perfect Sunday? 

The perfect Sunday for me would be a 70-degree sunny summer day spent outdoors with family and friends paired with and a fabulous BBQ spread.
