Resume Review

Our team reviews every application for every position. This is an opportunity for Society’s recruiters to screen for a variety of criteria and review a candidate’s qualifications. Interested in applying? Click here.

Phone Interview

If there is a match between the applicant’s qualifications and the open position, a recruiter will reach out to the candidate to discuss their resume and prior work experience.

Pre-Enrollment Assessment

Candidates that are invited to interview with Society Insurance will complete a pre-employment assessment. This tool provides relevant information on a candidate’s ability to perform in the workplace.

Interview

Successful candidates will be invited to interview with the recruiter and hiring team. This is also an opportunity for candidates to learn about Society’s extensive benefits package
